Can I see my business when I am not there?+
Yes. Sign in on your phone from anywhere and see today's sales for every business, branch and outlet, the drawer counts, stock that is running low and a log of everything staff did.
Does it work when the internet goes off?+
Yes. The POS keeps selling and saves sales on the device. They sync on their own when the connection returns. M-Pesa prompts need a connection, so take cash or credit while you are offline.
Does it work with my M-Pesa POS or paybill?+
Yes, with your own POS (Buy Goods) or Paybill number through Safaricom's Daraja. Each branch or outlet can use its own number, or all can share one.
Can I use my phone as a POS?+
Yes. Any phone, tablet or PC with a browser. Install it on the home screen and it opens like an app. Staff can sell from their own phones too.
What about KRA and eTIMS?+
Your KRA PIN and VAT appear on every receipt today. Sending invoices to KRA eTIMS is on the way; ask us on WhatsApp where it stands.
